What do I need to bring?
Your Vacation home is equipped to ensure you have a great vacation.

How close to Disney are you?
All are properties are within a 10 miles to Disney.
Is there a phone at the vaction home?
Yes, only local calls can be made, you will need a calling card for any calls that are not local, you may purchase in advance and the card will be placed in your home upon arrival.
What do I need to do upon arrival?
Prior to arrival we will collect all info needed to pre-register you. You will then be sent the directions and combination code needed to gain access to your vacation home. Guest Services will call you upon arrival.
When will my deposit be returned?
Within 3-5 days after departure.
What are your business hours?
8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday/Saturday

Do all your homes have there own pool?
Yes all homes have pools, Condos/Townhomes have Resort amenities including pool/spa.
Do we need pool heat?
Pool heat is optional, we recommend pool heat between October/May. Please note that when temperatures reach 50 degrees, electric systems will not operate.
